HOW TO MAKE IT
4 fingers Turmeric / Curcuma
1 thumb Ginger
3 full large limes (optional)
Use the 3 ingredients and a full quart/1.3 liter  of water in a blender.  Puree for a full minute. 
Strain through cheesecloth.  Add to 1 cup/vaso of water more to finish extraction.
Add 5 Tbsp of organic honey and blend.  It takes time to dissolve the honey into the extraction.  You can also use Menuca or Melapona honey to elevate the anti bacterial potency.

USAGE
Drink 1/4 cup/vaso of concentrate in 3/4 cup/vaso of water warm to hot water per day.   It's a delicious tea. 
Or you may choose to drink it undiluted also.
